We want you to love your purchase. Because our items are handmade in small batches, please review this policy carefully.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital products or patterns
- Sale or clearance items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

For damaged or defective items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
